Terex Finlay launches IC-Range of compact impact crushers

Terex Finlay is expanding its mobile crusher line with the introduction of the IC-Range of compact impactors.

The new IC-range comprises four models: IC-100, IC-100RS, IC-110 and IC-110RS.

The IC-Range of compact impact crushers have been specifically designed for operating in quarrying, construction and demolition debris, reinforced concrete and asphalt recycling locations that have a limited or restricted footprint.

Terex Finlay IC-100
The IC-100 features a Ø860mm x 860mm (Ø34" x 34") direct drive horizontal impact chamber with variable rotor speed. The advanced electronic control system monitors, controls and regulates the speed of the VGF to maintain a consistent feed of material into the impact chamber to maintain optimal crushing capacity. The IC-100 provides operators with a compact and versatile machine that gives high material reduction ratios and produces a consistent product grading. 

Key Features:

• Direct drive Ø860mm x 860mm (Ø34" x 34") crusher chamber with independent belt tensioner allowing for rapid adjustment.
• Hydraulic apron setting assist provides convenient and efficient adjustment of the aprons.
• Hydraulic overload protection in event that an un-crushable object enters chamber.
• The ease of material flow through the machine has been greatly improved with each component increasing in width as the material moves through the machine.
• Crusher chamber is supplied with a 4 bar rotor and two apron design for large reduction ratios and consistent product shape.

Terex Finlay IC-100RS
Based upon the IC-100 this machine variant features an onboard recirculating system and detachable sizing screen to provide the versatility of a compact crushing and screening plant on one mobile. If recirculating and sizing materials is not required the sizing screen can be quickly detached from the machine without the need for secondary lifting equipment. The recirculating conveyor can also be utilized for stockpiling an oversize product.

Key Features:

• Quick and easy detachable 2.44m x 1.2m (8’ x 4’) single deck afterscreen, fines and transfer conveyor for open circuit crushing.
• Recirculating conveyor can be rotated from closed loop configuration and utilized for stockpiling making an additional oversized product.

Terex Finlay IC-110 impact crusher
The IC-110 features a Ø1034 x 1000mm (Ø41.5” x 40”) direct drive impact chamber with variable rotor speed and hydraulic apron setting assist to provide convenient and efficient adjustment of the chamber aprons. The chamber is also fitted with hydraulic overload protection system as standard. For operators in recycling and demolition applications an underpan feeder is also available as options.

• Direct drive Ø1034 x 1000mm (Ø41.5” x 40”) crusher chamber with independent belt tensioner allowing for rapid adjustment.
• The advanced electronic control system monitors, controls and regulates the speed of the vibrating grizzly feeder to maintain a consistent feed of material into the impact chamber.
• Fully hydraulic assisted apron setting features makes adjustment of the aprons convenient and efficient.
• Crusher chamber is supplied with a 4 bar rotor and two apron design for large reduction ratios and consistent product shape.

Terex Finlay IC-110RS
Based upon the IC-110 this machine, the IC-110RS variant features an onboard recirculating system and detachable sizing screen to provide the versatility of a compact crushing and screening plant on one mobile platform. A key feature of the machine is the onboard 2.74m x 1.5m (9’ x 5’) single deck screen. For applications not requiring recirculation of oversize material back to the crushing chamber or stockpiling an oversize product the complete screening and recirculating system can be quickly detached from the machine.
