Mick George Group Appoint New Commercial Waste Service Manager

Never one to rest on their laurels, the Mick George Group have signalled further intent to expand their already market-leading Waste Division following the appointment of Richard Manual as Commercial Waste Service Manager.

Richard arrives with over 30-years’ experience in the Waste Industry, having graduated through the ranks taking up various disciplines, including Dustman, Dustcart Operator, Sales Representative and Senior Account Manager.

Within his illustrious career, Richard has witnessed memorable moments, perhaps none more so than when he was chased away from a waste collection by Rod Hull and Emu; something the great’ Michael Parkinson can testify is a truly terrifying experience having famously undergone a similar attack live on TV in 1976.

Having represented numerous high-profile Companies and contracts in the Waste Industry, Richard will be predominantly tasked with raising awareness of the Mick George Commodities Division, helping clients nationally achieve the best value for their loose or baled Cardboard and Plastic waste streams.
