The CRS Mobile Picking Station can be fed by any Screener or Trommel with its heavy duty feed hopper offering customers high throughput with 8 separate picks. The Picking station can be manoeuvred easily onsite with the 5th wheel pin and has a quick set up time on site to ensure down time is kept to a minimum.
On site erection is quick & safe using four separately controlled, hydraulic jacking legs taking care of uneven site conditions, while the remote control keeps the operator at a safe distance during the set up procedure. The unit boasts double sided walkways for ease of access, variable speed control for picking belt and an economically quiet power unit this Mobile Picking station certainly was designed for ease of use and for both transport & operators and is built to a high quality specification to withstand the toughest of materials.
The CRS Mobile Picking Station has 40yd skip access which allows a higher storage than the standard mobile picking stations currently on the market generally 20yd ensuring longer operating hours between skip changes, resulting in better daily throughputs.
