Cemex Poland supplies concrete for the tallest residential building in Silesia

Cemex Poland served as the ready-mix concrete supplier for the ATAL Olimpijska development in Katowice, one of the most recognisable residential complexes in the Silesian region. The project, carried out by ATAL, consists of three apartment buildings comprising a total of 710 residential units.

The complex consists of three buildings of varying heights; the tallest of these (Building B) reaches 128.66 metres and spans 36 floors, making it the tallest residential building in the Silesian Voivodeship. On its roof, there is an observation terrace offering a panoramic view of the city. The other two buildings (A and C) are 60 metres tall and have 18 floors each.

The construction project utilised concrete mixes supplied by Cemex’s plants in Siemianowice Śląskie and Mysłowice. For this project, Cemex collaborated with PB GRANIT Sp. z o.o., the company responsible for the construction work.
