The show takes place at the Riyadh Exhibition Center, located on the Olaya Road and King Fahd Highway near the junction with the Riyadh Ring Road. Riyadh Exhibition Center is an exhibition and conference center of international standards. A modern international complex consisiting of 10,000 sqm, air-conditioned space and 10,000 sqm. outside exhibition space. Facilities include: VIP suite, press suite, restaurant, conference suite, exhibitor service centre, shipping offices, on-site stand contractor and ample parking.

According to the World Bank estimates, tens of billions of dollars will be invested in the waste management and environmental sectors in the Middle East over the next 10 years. Amid this mounting concern, the market for waste management technologies and products in Saudi Arabia is growing rapidly. Few years back, there was little discussion about recycling in Saudi Arabia, but now everybody is talking about it. Adding to this increased attention is the fact that the country's industrialization and urban growth have increased levels of pollution and waste.

Recycling is one of the best waste management success stories of the late 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century. Apart from reducing the need for landfilling and incineration, recycling turns materials that would otherwise become waste into valuable resources. However, collecting recyclable materials is just the first step. After collecting the waste, recyclables are sorted and processed into raw materials such as fibers, and raw materials are manufactured into new products. While recycling has grown in general, recycling of specific materials has grown even more drastically: paper, plastic soft drink bottles, aluminum soft drink cans, steel packaging and major appliances are now recycled.
