Barber Greene 50 tph Static Batch Production Asphalt Plant.

Comprising of:

• Four (4) belt feeders
• Dryer/burner/primary dust
• Screening & mixing tower complete with hot stone elevator
• Mixed material storage hopper integrated below mixer 25 tonne capacity
• Secondary dust collection (Bag filter)
• Control cabin, panels & computer (New computer & plant wiring)

The complete plant has been refurbished inclusive of re-painting with mechanical and electrical refurbishment with the following new parts fitted:

• New pneumatic piping throughout plant and air cylinders where necessary
• New computer system
• New electrical cabling throughout plant
• New elevator casing.
• In addition to the aforementioned new parts being fitted, all other mechanical and electrical items will be inspected, serviced where necessary and factory tested.

Installation and commissioning services can be provided if required.

Additionally we can provide further plant options such as bitumen tanks, bitumen pumps and pipework, filler silos, material storage systems, fuel tanks and dust control systems if required.
