Kal Tire at the Cutting Edge of Safety

Brawler Cutting Edges are marketed exclusively in the UK by Kal Tire, waste industry tyre supply, service and management specialists. Designed to protect both the bucket edge and the workplace flooring, the Brawler Cutting Edge combines a unique design with unique physical properties to give a cleaner, safer, dry transfer station floor which means less tyre slip and less tyre wear. Engineered using an abrasion and chunk resistant Mining Rubber Compound for extended wear, the Brawler Cutting Edges provide 6" of rubber thickness and a 2" tapered edge - to aid in scraping low loads and to protect flooring, but more importantly, to provide a safer working environment.

The Rubber Cutting Edges are available in 3 length options – 36", 40" and 48" & the unique patented T-shaped fastener system can be combined to fit most bucket sizes.

The number of fasteners depends upon the number of mounting holes on a given bucket and the outside width of the bucket will determine the specific sizes and number of segments required.
