Simon Winner, Director of WCL Cranebrook Quarry, has recently taken delivery of Doppstadt's best known high speed shredder, 'The AK430'.
Having previously had no direct relationship with the Blue Group, WCL had been long term clients of well known hire company, CRJ Services. After hiring an AK430 for the past 2 years in order to process their timber and green waste, it was time for WCL to invest in a Doppstadt AK430 of their own, reinforcing the growth and expansion of the waste and recycling services on offer through WCL.
WCL Cranebrook Quarry has a good strong reputation within the industry, located between Brownhills and Lichfield in Staffordshire. Quality of product, professional service and industry knowledge are the base upon which WCL has earned its position as an established and trusted supplier to the construction industry offering sand, aggregates, decorative aggregates and waste & recycling services. With their dedicated, experienced team always on hand to offer help and advice on a wide range of products and services they provide a friendly and professional service in all aspects of their business.
Since the addition of the Doppstadt AK430 to their fleet of machinery, WCL has benefited directly from the efficiencies of the machine. With the increasing need to recycle in each and every way possible, Doppstadt offers a very versatile range of machines enabling its customers to effectively recycle, reduce costs and produce a re-usable product. Supplied with the economically renowned Mercedes engine, the Doppstadt high speed shredder is a very cost effective way to process tree roots, green, timber and organic waste. The high throughput rate and patented load sensing material feed make the AK430 unrivaled in the market place. In addition, the free swinging flails and easily replaceable flail tips make the Doppstadt a fantastic machine from a maintenance point of view.
WCL use the Doppstadt to produce a full range of graded recycled wood chip free from metals and contaminates suitable for a variety of applications
Commenting on his new acquisition, Simon said "the Doppstadt AK430 is a fantastic machine. Having worked with the same model previously I know that it is a very robust and economical machine. The swinging hammers on the flail drum gives piece of mind to both myself and the operators in its ability to cope with contaminated material, supporting our drive for quality of product output. I am confident that we have made the right decision with our new purchase."
Simon added "This is the first time I have dealt with Blue Group, but knowing that they have complete coverage in the UK for their sales, service and backup, I am reassured that we will have a strong ongoing business relationship."
