Multi-Purpose Separator Splitter separates up to three Fractions Depending on the Material Properties without Plugging and Wrapping

Unique technology, robust machine: Full-line supplier Doppstadt completes the product range with the separation technology of their co-operation partner, Anlagenbau Günther GmbH. This unique technology separates up to three different material streams. Spiral shafts discharge heavy and cubical materials to one side, light and long pieces swim on top and are discharged in running direction, smaller pieces fall through the shafts. Depending on the material, plugging and wrapping are excluded. At the 31st world leading trade show bauma 2016“ from 11-17 April 2016 in Munich, solution-provider Doppstadt will showcase the Splitter X2 and inform about the precise separation of sticky and cohesive materials, which are difficult to screen, in order to achieve an optimum raw material yield.

No Material Pre-Treatment Required
The multi-purpose separator SPLITTER loosens, separates and doses various materials without requiring a pre-treatment. Mixed construction waste can be treated as well as stones and soil, metal scrap, slag and landfill residues. The Splitter is equally suited for mobile and stationary applications.

Advantages of the Splitter Compared to Conventional Screening Systems
While high individual weights can cause failures, damages or even machine breakdowns of conventional screening systems, the Splitter discharges contaminants sideward or in running direction. Materials such as wires cannot get caught, textiles will neither get wrapped nor form a braid. Since the spirals are only fixed-ly suspended on one side they turn out the materials by rotation, the separation is carried out almost with-out plugging or wrapping. Furthermore, the system is self-cleaning without requiring a manual cleaning like screening systems.

Co-Operation Creates Synergy: Doppstadt Co-Operates with Anlagenbau Günther GmbH
Equipment that is labeled Doppstadt may also contain Günther: The development and sales of the new Splitter is the first co-operation of the Doppstadt Group and Anlagenbau Günther GmbH in the field of me-chanical engineering. Doppstadt sales the whole product range of the Splitter separation solutions and takes over the after-sales service and the worldwide spare part supply. Both enterprises vouch for the quality and reliability of the new product with their good reputations. CEO Ferdinand Doppstadt is counting more and more on the co-operation: „We network with the best suppliers in the fields of machine con-struction and environmental technology. By combining various expert knowledges, experiences, know-how and inventive talents we achieve the best possible result for our customers.“
