First time for Baioni at Hillhead 2007

Baioni Crushing plants of Italy will be exhibiting for the first time at the Hillhead Show the Centrifuge Decanter System that is capable of reclaiming water and solids from Quarry slurry that comes from washing plants, this system enables the quarry or pit operators to reclaim reusable water and solids immediately and therefore eliminates the use of large settlement lagoons usually associated with washing plants

The system has been developed over a 10 year period specifically for the Quarry Sand and Gravel and Reclaimed washing plants, and has proved to be very popular in Italy and world wide, and is now being introduced to the UK market, with arrange of 9 model sizes ranging from 5 tonnes per hour to 30 tonnes per hour of dry solids. All machines are equipped with pc management controls allowing the machines to run automatically.

On show will be the BAIDEC 65 capable of 10 to 12 tones per hour.
