Stars of the small screen!

Following the success of their ‘CB’ range of crusher buckets, Staffordshire based BAV Crushers have been prototyping a new range of excavator-mounted screening attachments.

Designed to be robust, reliable and very affordable, the in-house manufactured units boast gear-reduction drives for exceptional motor torque and long service. Motors are matched to allow screening of all but the stickiest of materials at low engine revs for optimum fuel efficiency.

All production units will be supplied with three mesh screens; 0-12.5mm, 0-25mm and 0-50mm. Custom screens will be available to order as a cost option. The range will initially offer three models; the BAV-RS2 for 2.5 to 3 tonne mini excavators, the BAV-RS3 for 3 to 6 tonne minis, and the BAV-RS6 for 6 to 0 tonne mini/midi excavators. Deliveries for early customer orders are likely to be Autumn 2012.
