Baioni Crushing Plants has once again showed its efficiency and versatility in the construction of a fully custom product for the Italian G.M.P. Spa, located in Marsciano, Perugia province, one of the leading Italian companies in the production of aggregates and concrete and of road construction. An inclined five-deck vibrating screen, equipped with washing plant, mod. V15/50 is really special because entirely galvanized, even in its carpentries, landings and handrails.

"We have created a completely new product, as we have never built a screen of such large size before, and we succeeded in meeting the needs of the customer. Baioni has been asked to manufacture a product which would ensure a longer life and a high wear resistance" — explains the Technical Manager of the company. "Our first impression of the screen is very positive, thanks to the components of quality, the robustness of the structure and the friendly user interface."

The red screen meshes are made in polyurethane, available for different size 6, 10, 13, and 25 mm. The machine consists of a supporting frame, a steel deck-holder casing, suitably-reinforced, leaning against the frame, through helical springs and equipped with an adjustable eccentric shaft, which is complete with support and bearings.
