Precisionscreen Wash Kits range from the single deck "sling on" type for rinsing operations to sophisticated two or three deck wash kits built in to the screen box. Typically, each deck will have multiple spray bars fitted with numerous spray nozzles best suited to the duty of the screen deck and the product being processed. Fine control is available via individual gate valves to each bar with excellent control and great washing results.
Precisionscreen can provide wash kits to suit all applications from 6x4 to custom set ups.
De-Waterer SRD180
The SRD180 is capable of manufacturing coarse and fine grade sand simultaneously. It is also possible to manufacture a super fine product if desired. The unique submerged back screw available on the SRD180 greatly assists in floating off organic silts etc. and allows for enormous effluent water overflow area and ensures excellent de-watering capacity. The unique polyurethane bucket inserts assist in the low maintenance and efficient de-watering.
The Precisionscreen range of Bucket Wheel De-Waterers have been designed with good production in mind and flexibility, as no two deposits of sand are identical.
