Crushing and screening specialist, Pilot Crushtec has added a new addition to its range. The suite of Dust Fighter mobile long-range dust suppression systems is purpose-built for use in the mining, quarrying, construction and demolition industries.
Pilot Crushtec business development director Frank Scherf says that the Dust Fighter range will not only transform conditions on site but will assist operators to conform to impending legislation related to dust control.
"Dust Fighter systems suppress airborne material by spraying a fine mist of water across an extensive area. Its effective range can be as great as 50 metres and as the unit is able to oscillate through a radius of 335º, it provides widespread coverage," he says.
Scherf adds that one of the major features of this system is that it achieves its objective without leaving behind a residue of puddles and slippery muddy surfaces.
Pilot Crushtec strongly supports the old adage that 'seeing is believing', and will be staging a number of site demonstrations to show off the capabilities of this essential new product.
