The acquisition was carried out by ERIKS through its wholly owned operating company Lewis-Goetz and Company Inc. and will play an important role, both in supporting Lewis-Goetz's efforts to increase its expansion-joint business and in enhancing its relationship with customers in the power generation and pulp and paper industries.
Lewis-Goetz, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is one of the largest industrial distributors in North America. Specialising in fabricated hose, conveyor belts and a wide range of gaskets, the company serves customers across industry from 86 locations throughout the USA and Canada.
