Mentor is proud to announce that we've become the first training company to have a 2 day lifting and slinging course accredited by the highly respected Lifting Equipment Engineers Association.
Professionals in their field, LEEA is a globally recognised trade association for all those involved in the design, manufacture, hire, repair, refurbishment, maintenance and use of lifting equipment. The association works closely with the Health and Safety Executive and other safety organisations and produced the widely respected Code of Practice for the Safe Use of Lifting Equipment (COPSULE).
Following the recent establishment by LEEA of their "Accredited Training Companies" scheme, Mentor was keen to ensure that their 2 day course met the exacting requirements of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association. After a thorough audit LEEA awarded Mentor with the first accreditation for a course under the new scheme.
Training Expertise
All delegates who successfully complete a 2 day lifting and slinging course with Mentor will receive a certificate bearing the LEEA accredited training company logo, giving the employer the peace of mind that the training that they have received has been assessed and approved by the experts in their field.
