Avery Weigh-Tronix Purchases Calibra Weighing Systems

Avery Weigh-Tronix has purchased Calibra Weighing Systems, its second major acquisition in six months.
Calibra is a well-established company with valuable software expertise and a strong client base built up over 15 years. Products and services offered include weighbridge systems, data collection programmes, programmable instrumentation and manufacturing control software.
The company will carry on operating under its own name and Avery Weigh-Tronix has retained the whole workforce.
