Master Magnets Ltd has had one of its most successful years in business since it was founded back in 1978. Throughout the year, the company has provided magnetic separation and metal detection solutions to the mining and quarrying industries for both large blue chip and small independent companies. Overband magnets, suspension magnets and drum magnets are just some of the products that we have supplied to various mines and quarries world-wide, meeting the detailed specifications and requirements of the customer.

Our success throughout this year was spearheaded by the growth of the Metal Detection division.

Metal Detection Ltd was originally founded in 1967. Renowned for their quality and good value, the Metal Detection products can be applied to many industries and are often used for mining and quarrying applications.

Mastermag are regularly contacted by companies that spend a lot of money on repairing expensive machinery and experience long periods of downtime due to damage from contaminants such as nuts and bolts, crusher plates, drill rods and digger teeth. The TN77 is an ideal solution for detecting these steel parts providing a cost-effective addition to the customers' plant.

In applications where non-ferrous materials may also occur in a customer's product stream, the higher specification QTA Metal Detector provides reliable protection for all crushing and processing plants.

Having dealt with many customers within the mining and quarrying industries, we understand that ‘time is money' this is why all of our Metal Detectors are designed to allow easy and straightforward installation. Our detectors are easily dismantled so that they can be simply installed around a customers existing conveyor.
