Enhanced on-board weighing

RDS Technology has a new range of on-board weighing instruments for all types of loader including wheeled, telescopic, compact, skidsteer and forklift truck. 

The Loadmaster i-series comes with two software enhancements that can reduce the effect of external factors on the weighing process such as uneven ground, weighing ‘on the move' and speed of lift.  The Loadmaster 8000i and 9000i also offer an integrated SD/MMC card reader as standard for rapid and efficient data transfer and record keeping between the loader and central computer.  This comes alongside the other capabilities of telemetry, GSM data transfer and bar code reading data input.

The DMM (Data Management Module) option on the Loadmaster 9000i is centred on the memory card and provides six customer specific reference fields that could include customer address, vehicle, product, delivery address and source; it also offers the ability to upload customer order information to the weighing system from a PC.  Combined with a comprehensive database search facility, the DMM is suitable for detailed record keeping in quarries, builder's merchants, waste treatment operations, recycling plants and other potentially harmful or toxic areas.
