Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe name Paul Sysmans new Marketing Manager Europe
HCEE (Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe) has announced that Paul Sysmans has joined the company’s marketing team as Marketing Manager Europe. Sysmans is a B2B marketing and sales leader with more than 30 years of senior management experience with capital equipment companies, of which over 15 years in developing and managing international distributorships.
Up for a challenge
Paul Sysmans will be developing and implementing an overall corporate marketing strategy for the European market. He will be managing the marketing team and translating the company’s businesses objectives into marketing strategies that will drive further growth. In addition, he will determine and administer the marketing budget, build strong relationships with the European dealers and identify a clear positioning for the complete range of Hyundai products including excavators, wheel loaders, industrial forklifts and warehousing equipment. Paul Sysmans is based in the new European headquarters in Tessenderlo, Belgium.
Global Executive Experience
Paul Sysmans has more than 30 years of experience in global sales and marketing. He has worked for large multinationals as well as smaller size companies, many of them in the highly demanding and quality focused healthcare market. He served in executive management positions at big, international corporations and has held several board member positions. Paul Sysmans has developed expertise in recruiting, managing and developing distributorships worldwide since 2003, including the Asia region.
