Cheffins Take Delivery Of Three New Caterpillar Telehandlers From Finning

Cambridgeshire based agricultural and machinery auctioneer, Cheffins has recently purchased three new Cat TH514 telehandlers from Finning. The new machines will be used to unload and load agriculture equipment onto lorries and into containers for shipping.
Cheffins is one of Europe's leading agricultural and machinery auctioneers conducting the Cambridge Machinery Sales, which is the largest monthly sale of tractors and machinery in the world. Cheffins also conduct on-site auction sales throughout the UK and are internationally known for their collective sales of steam engines and vintage tractors.
Finning sales territory manager, David Coney commented, "Working with Cheffins on replacing three of their old Cat machines, I presented our latest Caterpillar telehandler range, matching our newest range of Cat TH514 machines as the best product to fit their diverse operation.
"With tough competition from other equipment suppliers, based on cost per hour, we came up with a solution, on the back of the quality of the Cat product and the past performance of their old Cat machines.
Working closely with Caterpillar Finance territory manager. Chris Watts found the best financial fit for Cheffins. "We came up with a three-year finance lease, along with a Finning three year planned maintenance package, this included a three year 4500 Premier Caterpillar EEP Warranty."
Having taken delivery of the three new Cat TH514 telehandlers, MD Mr. Bill Pepper of Cheffins said, "The machines are being used to unload and load agriculture equipment onto to lorries and into our containers for shipping. We have been Cat telehandler users for the past 10 years thanks to the outstanding performance of our old Cat products and the excellent support and relationship we have with Finning Peterborough Based Service Team."
