Porter Skip Hire & Caleco Waste take delivery of JCC Hooklift Picking Tables

Porter Skip Hire in Wiltshire have recently taken delivery of a JCC hooklift picking station to enhance their operations and maximise their recycling output.
 
Specifically designed for three main purposes - additional picking facilities without any upheaval, screening demolition waste, and for smaller skip hire companies - JCC were delighted that Porter Skip Hire decided that the hooklift picking table would be an addition to their recycling operation.
 
Caleco Waste in Edinburgh have also taken delivery of a hooklift picking table to utilise as a bolt on to their existing picking station system to maximise their recycling output. The firm was looking to add to their picking ability as part of the recycling system but did not want to revise their operations at this stage and it was decided that the JCC picking table could simply be added to the recycling facility with ease. With the aid of a transfer conveyor, also supplied by JCC, the firm were able to lengthen their picking line without any disruption to the recycling operations, and the two units were installed without the downtime usually associated with taking down, for example, a three bay picking station, and installing a six bay picking station, and at a vastly reduced cost.
 
The hooklift picking tables are available from £16,000 to purchase, and to hire at £250 per week, and include the following as standard:
 
-    1200mm chevron picking belt
-    6 picking platforms
-    Guarding to BS:7300
-    Emergency stop system
-    Full hydraulic powerpack
-    Hooklift / crane mobility system
-    Impact section & hopper at feed end
