Hercules Trommels welcome worldwide visitors to Hillhead 2012

Stelex Construction Equipment Ltd, the sole manufacturer of the original Hercules range of trommels were pleased to welcome visitors from continents all around the world to their stand at this year's Hillhead show. According to the organisers visitor numbers for the show were up on 2010 and a number of positive leads were handled as the company looks to expand on their existing worldwide projects.

"Customers are looking to get every bit of rock they can from their existing reserves and the trommel is a great cost-effective way to do it based on the high throughput and low running costs".

A Hercules Trommel HT182M was again well placed at the quarry face to supply stone to all the crushing and screening equipment in the live demonstration area. The 500 TPH-rated-machine was handling the as-blasted stone and producing a range of fines and clean-sized material for the duration of the three day show. The diesel powered unit allows the trommel to run in remote locations without the need for mains power.
