KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens Welcomes Toprak to Astec Aggregate and Mining Group

KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens welcomes Oguzhan Toprak to the Astec Aggregate and Mining Group as the group's new International Mining Sales Manager.

Toprak, who is based from his home office in Istanbul, Turkey, will be responsible for territories including Europe, Turkey and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). He joins the Astec Aggregate and Mining Group from Cukurova Ziraat, a Case, Sumitomo, Astra and Ammann dealer, where he served as Mining Sector Sales Manager.

Previously, he also worked for Turbo Diesel, the Astec Aggregate and Mining dealer in Turkey. He is a Mining Engineering graduate from Istanbul Technical University, and also holds an MBA in English with a concentration in Sales and Marketing.

In February, Toprak visited the Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc. (KPI-JCI) factory for a two-day intensive training session on the company's products. KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens is one of five Astec Industries, Inc. companies that make up the Astec Aggregate and Mining Group.

Mike Johnson, vice president of sales and marketing for KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens, said Toprak will focus on developing and growing the mining market and distribution for the group in Europe, CIS and Turkey.

"Oguzhan Toprak comes with a wealth of knowledge about the industry and the region he will serve," Johnson said. "We are confident his expertise will help grow our business in that area of the world."
