Yet Another Neuenhauser Star Screen For S J B Recycling

North Yorkshire based company Yorwaste have taken delivery of their 4th Neuenhauser Star Screen for their newly acquired company S J B Recycling

The company who recently acquired Wakefield based company S J B Recycling have put the machine straight to work screening green waste and shredded wood at Yorkshire Water's Esholt sewage treatment works.

This particular model is the 3 fraction tracked version and is fitted with the very popular 300mm diameter star for producing down to 0-25mm and up to 0-60mm. This machine has the added advantage of having 3 on-board stockpiling conveyors so three different sizes of products can be produced or the undersize can be blended to produce two fractions. The 3 fraction version also gives quite a significant throughput increase from 25 - 40%

S J B took delivery of their first Neuenhauser Star Screen back in 2004 and since then have found it to be the only machine they would use for all their screening requirements.
