Haulmark Equipment, whose parent company is The ECY Group, recently attended the International Exhibition of Equipment, Machinery and Techniques (INTERMAT), in Paris – the worldwide meeting place for all of the major names in the world of construction and demolition.
The Haulmark team was particularly delighted to meet up with suppliers Dick van der Starre, director of Xcentric Ripper, and Mark Okamoto, CEO of FRD Europe.
Richard Yarwood, Haulmark Equipment's director, said: "This was a great opportunity to meet up with people who are so key to our business and to see, at first hand, the latest developments in our industry, from around the globe."
The exhibition also included a chance for Haulmark, now a nationwide supplier for the full range of FRD Furukawa (FRD) rock-breaker attachments, to meet other FRD Furukawa distributors from around the world. They congregated on the Yacht de Paris, where they enjoyed an evening dinner cruise along the river Seine.
This year saw INTERMAT break records, with more than 200,000 visitors – more than any other B2B exhibition. Once again, the exhibition demonstrated its international reach (67% international) and confirmed its position within construction markets around the world.
