A major U.S. aggregate producer needed to expand their sand production in South Central Texas. The local TRIO distributor worked with the client and suggested that TRIO could build one of the largest sand screws in the industry to fit their needs. TRIO built and delivered a Twin 72" Sand Screw that has been in operation for the last 7 years. The Twin 72" Sand Screw processes a feed stock of 450TPH of raw sand with 4,000GPM of water into specification sand for the local market.

TRIO makes a full line of fine material washers from 36" x 25' to 72" x 38'. They are all built with adjustable overflow weirs and a large overflow feed box that allows for the retention of finer mesh materials or if necessary for the removal of those particles.
