The KIVERCO M512 Mobile Recycling System from Blue Group

Launched by Blue Group to a highly receptive market at last year's RWM Show, the Kiverco M512 Mobile Recycling System is a self-contained waste recycling system designed and built for total mobility. It is mounted on a single chassis and has a 30 minute set-up time. The M512 is one of the latest innovations from Kiverco Recycling Systems, supplied exclusively by Blue Group in the UK. It comprises a variable speed belt feeder, trommel screen, fines collection conveyor, air separation unit, three-bay picking station, 60kVA sound proofed generator and over-band magnet as one mobile and compact unit. The picking station features a variable speed chevron conveyor and, for enhanced working conditions for operatives, the fully enclosed cabin work station has heating and lighting. 900mm wide discharge chutes are located in the cabin wall for convenient "binning" of the sorted waste. A Dual power option provides users with the ability to use either the 60kVA generator or to run the system from their own mains electric supply.

The M512 is ideal for processing skip waste, separating C&D, commercial, industrial or municipal waste, RDF processing and cleaning contaminated compost or woodwaste. In addition to its suitability for waste management, transfer station, demolition, composting and biomass fuel applications, the M 512 also offers additional opportunities for the plant hire industry.

The M512 is designed for optimum versatility, is easy to transport and can be ready to work within 30 minutes of arrival on site. The small footprint allows the system to operate in confined spaces and, being free-standing, it does not require special civils or foundation preparation. Optional extras include:- Air conditioning for the picking station cabin, trommel screen brush kit, trommel screen dust cover, fully welded punched plate drum, over-band magnet for ferrous metals extraction, mains power kit or dual power kit.
