New TS6.3 screen — the largest three-deck banana screen on the market

The TS range of screens is characterized by its innovative design comprising two technologies: combined multi-variable slopes with a variable elliptical motion. This proven range is being complemented with the new TS6.3 screen.

The TS6.3’s unique combination increases both the screen’s efficiency and its capacity. Material speed is high at the feed end and slows down at the discharge end.

Metso TS series screens offer more space between decks, making maintenance easier and improving service conditions for the operators as well as meeting all safety requirements.

Metso has recently sold several 25-m² multi-slope screens for mining applications such as a TS6.3 for Ferrostaal in Mauritania, and also in the construction industry, for example Holcim in Lynwood, Australia, Georyt in Poland, Apaxco in Mexico and also Newmont in Peru.
