New Holland Construction Launches new Compact Telehandler

New Holland expands its telehandler offering to 8 models with the addition of the compact 6-meter LM625. The new “all-access telehandler”, which will make its first appearance at the Intermat 2012 show, delivers top performances in the tightest spaces:

  • Compact dimensions - height and width below 2 meters: outstanding versatility
  • Narrow turning radius - just 3.4 meters: outstanding manoeuvrability
  • Hydrostatic transmission: maximum control
  • Auto-locking front axle: maximum pushing power
  • Choice of 70 hp aspirated or 84 hp turbocharged engine: powerful performance
  • Best-in-class visibility: productivity and safe operation in tight spaces

New Holland Construction will unveil the latest addition to its telehandler range, the LM625, at the Intermat 2012 show.  This “all-access” compact model was designed to work efficiently in tough conditions and confined spaces, where dimensions and manoeuvrability are key.

Compact size, big performance
The new LM625 is only 1.8 meters wide and less than 2 meters high. With an operating weight of just 4,800 kg, this compact model gives a powerful performance, lifting up to 2.5 tons and reaching a maximum height close to 6 meters. The LM625’s big performance is backed by the machine’s extremely robust chassis, which can deal with the toughest jobs.

Manoeuvrability and productivity come as standard
The exceptionally narrow turning radius of just 3.4 meters means that the LM625 is able to work efficiently in the tightest spaces. The single-lever controls with proportional control of the boom’s extension and retraction and auxiliary flow enable the operator to position the load with maximum precision, working fast and efficiently. The hydrostatic transmission gives the operator smooth control of the machine. The auto-locking front differential axle delivers exceptional pushing power. All these features, together with the permanent four-wheel drive and the exceptional ground clearance with superior approach and departure angles, add up to outstanding productivity in all situations and make this model particularly valuable in jobsites with confined spaces.

Big on comfort and visibility
The sleek design with ample glazed area affords the operator unparallelled visibility, all round and up to the fully extended boom, making it easy to work safely and with confidence in confined spaces. The exceptional stability resulting from the LM625’s low centre of gravity and optimal weight distribution further contributes to safety on the jobsite.

In contrast with the compact size of the machine, the ROPS and FOPS compliant cab is extremely spacious and offers the operator a comfortable workstation with ergonomically placed controls and adjustable tilting steering column.

Big on versatility
The vast range of factory fitted attachments and the availability of couplers to fit skid steer loader and other brands’ attachments ensure the LM625 is easily and quickly adapted to a wide variety of operating requirements.
