Mettler Toledo launches new versatile weighbridge

Mettler Toledo’s new Weybridge provides the ideal solution for weighing aggregates, waste, sand or grain economically.

Extremely robust and simple to install the VTC-201 is designed to operate for many years with minimal maintenance. Its innovative pre-stressed concrete design assures reliability with cast molds providing greater reinforcement compared to poured concrete modules.

The weighbridge is equipped with digital and analogue sensors, which guarantee performance against lightning. They are connected by stainless steel braided cables to for protect against rodents.

The VTC-201 model specification includes:

• Maximum weighing capacity of 60 tons
• Pretested cast concrete modules of between 7m — 27m
• Digital or analogue sensors
• Module coupling
• Improved stability through 8 adjustable stops

Mettler Toledo also offers a comprehensive service and maintenance programme to customers. The vehicle scales are designed to be compatible with your internal IT and software systems and the latest electronic weighing technology. This includes adaptor kits allowing for weighing software upgrades alongside terminal printing, card readers and metal detector-active ratio.
