A double win for Robson at the Sheffield Star Business Awards

Sheffield based Materials Handling Equipment Manufacturer, Geo Robson & Co Ltd, have won two prestigious industry awards.

The Sheffield Star Business Awards are organised by the Sheffield Star Newspaper. The awards span the full range of business activities, companies, individual entrepreneurs, new and established businesses and those who have enjoyed international success. The awards celebrate Sheffield's fantastic regeneration over recent years, the awards night will reflect the vibrancy of Sheffield's business activities, from manufacturing to the digital and IT sectors.

Awards were presented at a gala dinner in Sheffield City Hall, at which award winning TV presenter, stand up comedian and comedy writer Clive Anderson was the guest of honour and principal speaker, additional entertainment was supplied by impressionist Kevin Connelly and a host of characters from TV and politics he impersonated.

Robson were nominated for a total of four awards winning two, which were:
