Success for Eriez Recycling Division

Eriez Magnetics Europe Ltd have been successfully improving their Recycling Division in 2011 with a dedicated team of recycling specialists and three new product launches (R-Rex Permanent Magnetic Scrap Drum, ProSort II Airless Metal Sorter and RevX-E Eccentric Eddy Current Separator). This increases the levels of metal reclamation possible with Eriez Magnetic Separation Equipment in the recycling and scrap processing industries. This effort was acknowledged at the MRW National Recycling Awards this year with Eriez being nominated as a finalist in the Vehicles, Plant or Equipment Supplier of the Year category for their success with the addition of the RevX-E to the Eriez Eddy Current Separator product group.

The RevX-E is the first Eddy Current Separator from Eriez to have an eccentric magnetic rotor to allow single point separation, which is different from the usual concentric design. It provides unique separation solutions for the dynamically changing recycling industry. The RevX-E is ideally suited for purifying cullet and plastics, and recovering valuable metal from secondary metals and incineration ash, especially the separation of small particles. It is simple to operate with a robust design and is easy to install into new or existing recycling plants.

Eriez not only designs, manufactures and supplies their Eddy Current Separators from their European Headquarters in Caerphilly, South Wales but also offer after care with their Recycling Service Engineering team who are available for site visits to ensure the best separation capabilities are being met.
