Baioni Crushing Plants invests on clean energy for a big photovoltaic plant.
Clean energy to suit all needs.
Free energy to reduce the costs.
Renewable and inexhaustible energy as it regenerates itself.
1.822 kWp power, 19.730 panels, 24.500 mq surface, hundreds of tons of CO2 avoided every year through the production of clean energy: these are the figures of the photovoltaic plant Baioni Crushing Plants opened between 2010 and 2011 in Monte Porzio, Pesaro.
One of the world’s leading manufacturers of equipment for crushing aggregates and sludge treatment, with particular attention to renewable energy and energy conservation, Baioni Crushing Plants has inaugurated two integrated-type photovoltaic plants, to cover the roofs of the workshops.
A conscious and consistent choice which, awarded ISO 9001 accreditation and currently towards the environmental certification ISO 14001, led the Company to fully embrace the environmental cause, giving more value to the buildings under a "green" point of view.
"Another step towards a commitment to the environment and sustainability that our company has been doing for years. Baioni Crushing Plant was awarded ISO 9001 accreditation in 1994 and since then it has always had a great deal of attention to the aspects of the quality of the products and the impact they may have on the environment”, comments Pietro Baioni, MD.
"We have made significant investments in R&D to produce efficient machinery, in terms of energy consumption and safety towards people and the environment. Refurbishing the factory covers by replacing the asbestos with a sustainable energy system, adequate to the energy needs of our manufacturing processes, was a step subsequent to our policies and strategies. With the restoration of the skylights and of the roof panels, both with high thermal insulation, the working conditions of our staff will improve throughout the year".
