Precisionscreen Scorpion Pugmill

This has got to be one of the most versatile plants built! The nominal Pugmill capacity is a whopping 250tph. Totally capable of doing any Main Roads requirement and is also capable of doing cement stabilised applications (with addition of a cement silo).

Unlike other plants the Precisionscreen's Scorpion Pugmill has an elevated pug head making it unnecessary to have sticky pugged material on elevator belts (which can cause segregation). The water pump feeds up to 30,000ltrs/hr to the pug head. In addition to this incredible power the Scorpion Pugmill features
reversible blades. It's a versatile 2 speed Pugmill action. This machine is super clean and it couldn't be easier to set up. It's operated by remote control and only requires flick of the hydraulic lever and a wash with the onboard 100psi washdown hose, to clean it at the end of the day - couldn't be easier!

Precisionscreen has now introduced a NEW optional blending hopper which allows increased material flow and higher rates of production.

The scorpion Pugmill is designed for Versatility plus! This plant has heaps of uses and configurations. Here are just a couple of ways you can use the Scorpion Pugmill. With the addition of the super efficient Precision-Grid head, you have a vibrating grid that's got enormous screening capacity, feed belt and a stockpiling height of over 5 metres. May be used also in conjunction with the standard Precision Screen 8' x 4' 2-deck or 3-deck screen box - and if you include a gabion chute you can be making up to 6 products in a single pass! Add the pug-head and you'll be screening and pugging at a single pass!
