Boomerang Plastics

Boomerang Plastics is a division of the multi-award winning Plastics Ancillary Equipment supplier Summit Systems Ltd. Boomerang uses a range of recycling machinery from Summit Recycling and in so doing Boomerang is a working showcase for the equipment available from its parent.

Centrally located in the Midlands, Boomerang will be recycling contaminated plastic packaging such as used yogurt pots and Waste contaminated with food residue including throw away cups and cutlery. Horticultural and agricultural plastics, such as seed trays, plant pots and other rigid plastics, including wheelie bins and pipes. They will also be taking non food products including shampoo bottles and other containers used by the cosmetic industry. It is expected that this list will grow rapidly as the company develops.

Boomerang want to inform manufacturers that there are benefits to keeping their waste here in the UK rather than shipping waste abroad and demonstrate there are alternatives to allowing other economies to benefit from what we have failed to utilise.
