Baioni crushing plants exhibit latest Baidec 65L Decanter Centrifuge at Hillhead 2010

Baioni Crushing Plants SpA of Italy will be at Hillhead 2010, 22-24 June 2010 in Buxton, promoting their portfolio of world class products and services for the mining and quarry industries and water and sludge treatments systems.
Based on the successful experience at Bauma 2010 held in Munich last April, the company will present the new generation of mobile tracked crushers in UK for the first time: at Hillhead will be a visual and audio display of the latest BAITRACK 130/85B AP, a totally new concept mobile machine in tracked crusher design built around the largest primary AP130/85 jaw crusher and the only one of its kind in the world to be fully driven by electric motors, both for unit motion and production.
On show at stand H11 will be will be displaying the latest Baidec 65L High performance Decanter with its twin motor version controlled by its PLC control panel, all electrically no hydraulics. The Baioni range of Baidec centrifuges was originally developed and designed specifically for the Quarry and Recycling industry with its specially designed scroll, giving up to 20% more out than conventional centrifuges. The dedicated approach to design gives this centrifuge high wear resistance with its sintered ceramic outlet ports, independant powered scraper tungsten carbide coated and tipped scroll. The PLC touch screen control panel allows the centrifuge to be automatically programmed for long running hours without an operater.
