MacMachinery™ Goes Ballistic with Stadler

MacMachinery™ Goes Ballistic with Stadler
In recent years MacMachineryTM have been working very closely with Stadler installing Sorting Lines within the C&I, MSW, Plastics and  Dry Recyclables industries.  Stadlers ballistic separators are mechanically operated with a single motor resulting in operation being very efficient with a low cost per tonne, both factors which are very relevant in today's environment.

Mac MachineryTM use Stadlers ballistic separators in many ways including secondary screening flat fraction from rolling fractions.  In MSW and C&I applications the machines are used as a secondary screen in screening out -45mm upwards.

MacMachineryTM also offer a full range of stand alone ballistic separators specific to their clients needs and requirements.  These ballistics vary from 2.5m wide and between 5.5m and 6.5m long.  Stadler also supply the STT 2000 and the STT5000 model in single, double or tribal deck configuration.  These machines are used as a primary screen particularly in dry recyclables and MSW applications in separating bottles and cans from the rest of the input.  The screen panels or grid sizes can be changed in dimension also.

In addition to this Stadler also offer the PPK which can be used for sorting OCC materials.  This then sorts large items of cardboard and plastic from all other fraction sizes. MacMachineryTM have successfully installed ballistics separators in numerous C&I plants, MSW, plastics and dry recyclables with clients witnessing a cost effective solution immediately upon implementation.
