Emsley Crane Hire Orders Fifth LTM 1055-3.2 Mobile Crane

In the final days prior to retirement on 31^st July, David Milne Managing Director of Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd concluded the sale of a Liebherr LTM 1055-3.2 mobile crane with Emsley Crane Hire of Harrogate. This will be the fifth LTM 1055-3.2 in the fleet operating from their Yorkshire depots.

The crane, which is the 50^th Liebherr purchased by the Yorkshire company, will also end a 30-year relationship between Milne and the Emsley family. The Liebherr cranes currently in the Emsley fleet total 29 and range from an LTM 1200-5.1 200 tonner, which was purchased on 1^st March 2009, to an LTM 1030-2.1. In the last eight months, Emsley has also purchased two LTM 1160-5.1's, two LTM 1100-5.2's, two LTM 1040-2.1's, one LTM1055-3.2 and an MK 110 mobile construction crane.

The late Joe Emsley, founder of Emsley Crane Hire, purchased their first crane from David Milne long before he joined Liebherr and the relationship continued from father to sons, Peter and John, to this day.
