World renowned for its reliability and power, the Kubota E-TVCS (Three Vortex Combustion System), indirect injection, diesel engine generates 41.6hp a the engine and 34.5 PTO horsepower to let you tackle any job. This highly economic and rugged power unit not only delivers exceptional output, high torque and cleaner emissions with remarkably low noise and vibration, but with the 42 litre fuel tank capacity it will provide hours of uninterrupted use.
The L4100 utilises an 8 forward x 4 reverse speed transmission, with Kubota's sliding gear range shift system to allow seamless directional changes between forward and reverse, which is especially useful when operating the LA703 matched loader 4 wheel drive, wet inboard disk brakes and a differential lock are all standard, to give maximum traction and safety when operating on any kind of terrain.
Boasting a lift capacity of 1,300 kgs (at the link arms), the 3 point linkage is more than capable of handling a wide range of attachments, and the hydraulic live independent PTO allows the operator to engage and disengage powered implements on the move, increasing efficiency and reducing operator fatigue. With optional draft control, trailer tipping pipe and auxiliary hydraulic valves, the L4100 can take on a wide variety of tasks, effortlessly.
The operator can enjoy many hours of use without fatigue, as Kubota have, as always, put a lot of emphasis on driver comfort. The full hydrostatic power steering, matched with Kubota's bevel gear 4WD system means light, responsive, tighter turning for maximum productivity. The operator platform has ample legroom and the hanging type pedals allow easier access on and off the machine. The levers and controls have been ergonomically positioned for comfort and ease of use. The one piece fully opening bonnet allows quick and easy access to the engine, making maintenance checks simple and easy, and the foldable ROPS ensures operator safety is maintained at all times.
Making its debut alongside the L4100 is the LA703 front loader, which is designed and manufactured by Kubota specifically for the L4100. With single joystick control, 1020 kgs lift capacity (at the pivot pin), fast cycle times and 2.6m reach, it makes the L4100 even more useful. The loader can be attached and detached in seconds, thanks to Kubota's innovative mounting system, and the bucket can be swapped with other implements without the use of tools, thanks to the quick hitch system, making this an even more versatile tool.
The L4100 is another great all-rounder from Kubota. Robust, versatile, and with an affordable price tag, this new generation mid-range standard tractor delivers consistent, efficient and economic performance all year round.
Kubota Tractor & Groundcare Division Sales & Marketing Manager, Dave Roberts, said: "This exciting new tractor features the well proven Kubota engine and transmission technology that has earned us a formidable reputation and like, all of our machines, it adheres to the consistent standards of quality, performance, reliability, durability and simplicity, and so provides exceptional value for money."
Kubota has remained at the forefront of the UK and Ireland market for compact tractors and ride-on mowers for the past 30 years, as well as being the global leader in the sub 50hp tractor sector.
Kubota's national network of specialist dealers provides the highest standards of advice and aftersales service and can offer demonstrations of the L4100 now.
