On display will be two material handling machines from the company's comprehensive range of equipment, specifically designed and built for municipal and waste management, transfer stations and recycling operations.
The Sennebogen Greenline 305 multi handler which will be exhibited with a 3m3 clamping bucket features a 4 wheel drive and 3 steer option, offering a compact but powerful machine ideal for waste transfer stations and rehandling applications.
The 305 Multihandler C Series was the world's first Multihandler with a hydraulic hi-rise operator's cab with an eye level of 4.0mtr. This innovation in cab design parallels the hydraulic hi-rise cab available on Sennebogen material handling machines.
The 305+ is able to reach a lifting height of 7.3mtr offering a real maximum load-bearing capacity of just over 5 tonnes and is outfitted with a 100 hp (75 kW) diesel engine. With 11.5t operating weight and lifting capacity of up to 5.0 tonnes, reach of 7.3mtr, the 305's are highly efficient units that provide excellent maneuverability in confined work spaces.
Standing alongside will be a Sennebogen Greenline 821M material handler B11 Ulm (stick with additional hydraulics) which will be equipped with a 700 litres sortation grab. Available in either rubber tyred or tracked versions the 821 offers a more compact Sennebogen material handler which is recommended for waste transfer stations and scrap recycling yards.
With an operating weight of 22 tonnes, the 821 is a highly efficient unit that provides excellent maneuverability in confined work spaces. This machine is extremely economical to own and operate, and offers the same outstanding lift-to-weight performance through a full 360°.
The 821 is equipped with one large hydraulic axial piston pump and load-sensing hydraulic system with energy saving flow on demand control and pressure cut off function. In addition, the 821's have a special ultra-fine filtration system designed to be 99.95% effective at 2 microns. A large capacity hydraulic oil cooler keeps the oil at a low temperature level.
The hydraulically driven radiator offers the option of a reversible fan feature to clean out debris and improve the overall cooling efficiency of the engine. Keeping the machine clean and cool means longer life for service components, while the control system "computer-free" design provides dependable day-to-day service with minimal downtime.
Additional design features of the new 821 machine:
- Hydraulic cab that rises to 5m eye level, driven by 2 lift cylinders for enhanced stability.
- An ergonomically designed cab for more operator comfort.
- A 10 kW generator, can be belt driven off the front of the engine.
- Improved noise reduction system that makes it quieter and a better place to work.
- Ground level accessible centralised pressure test ports for troubleshooting of all working functions, as well as a central lubrication system.
