Experience tells us that lifetime is an important factor when selecting wear material. By combining the best features from different materials, Metso Minerals have successfully for many years offered the Poly-Cer product range.

The Poly-Cer range covers medium and heavy duty applications within rock and gravel, mining and other industries. Metso Minerals is now introducing its new Trellex Ceramic sheeting as an addition to the well known Trellex Poly-Cer product family.

Trellex Poly-Cer Sheeting is designed for applications with tough sliding wear and high material velocity. The excellent wear resistant ceramic tiles in combination with Trellex T60.

Wear Rubber creates an exciting product ready to handle rough conditions. It provides outstanding wear protection in feeders, chutes, spouts, slurry pipes and other applications that are subject to wear and noise

Two standard dimensions are now available in the product range. External measure for both of them is 8 x 500 x 500 mm.

The Trellex Poly-Cer sheeting is made in wear resistant materials with a contact bonding layer to make installations easier. Each ceramic tile has a distance between each other covered with rubber, making the Ceramic Sheeting very flexible.

The low weight makes handling a joy and when adjustments are needed the Ceramic sheeting is easy to cut.
