JCC Engcon are proud to announce a budget version of our Pickmaster picking station / trommel recycling systems to suit smaller companies or second sites.

The Pickstar range is designed & manufactured to the same high quality and the full system including blower & overband magnet and fully installed is available available for under £100,000

The system will comprise of:

Standard 3 screen trommel with feed conveyor
Incline belt with blower, air knife & paper cage, and magnet
1200mm wide conveyor belt with variable speed drives
Picking areas on both sides of picking belt - 6no operatives
Welded frame construction with steel formed bays
Full guarding to BS:7300 and CE marked
