QTS Group, a large national multi-disciplined rail & civil engineering contractor, recently chose JCC Engcon 100% hardox buckets for their new Volvo excavator.   Our buckets are made only from 100% hardox steel to improve the wear resistance of each individual part of the bucket but also the overall wear life of the bucket - a set of JCC

Engcon hardox buckets recently passed their 15,000th hour - three times normal wear life.   Hardox is synonymous with hardness, high strength & toughness. The high wear resistance of the buckets increases their useful life & maintains their durability with uniform wear and excellent impact resistance resulting in less damage & repair.   JCC Engcon Group have previously supplied QTS Group with products including tiltrotators, quick hitches, grabs, dump bodies & chip cages, low ground pressure conversions, and rail attachments including height restrictors for working under live overhead equipment etc.   We also operate a hydraulic/mechanical/welding call-out service for the whole of Scotland on behalf of QTS Group and other clients.
