Drumclog Plant choose JCC Engcon group for low ground pressure conversions & tiltrotators

Drumclog Plant, a client of JCC Engcon Group for over 10 years, have recently commissioned JCC Engcon to modify their newest Volvo 14t excavators for low ground pressure use, and supply a new EC15 tiltrotator & quick hitch.   JCC Engcon specialise in the conversion of standard excavators for low ground pressure work, mainly in the forestry industry and areas where bogs can be found.

They are also used where the need for low ground displacement is required outwith these areas.

JCC Engcon specialise in these conversions where the undercarriages are widened and extended to allow for this capability, and are the only approved contractor to several forestry excavator hire companies.

Extended excavator tracks are also available. Ground pressure can be reduced by two thirds with a combination of the extended track frame and the extended tracks. We can also repair & maintain forestry specification plant & equipment.
