A&M Smith Skip Hire of Aberdeen have recently purchased a JCC mobile picking station to compliment the 24 man twin line picking station & fines screening equipment also supplied by JCC.

The mobile picking station was exhibited at Scotplant 2008, which was the first time JCC has exhibited any of our recycling equipment.

JCC mobile picking stations come with as standard:

-    Heavy duty channel frame construction
-    1200m chevron belt
-    Large feed hopper
-    Road wheel chassis, 5th wheel & hydraulic operated front legs to raise height to 3m
-    Insulated cladding frame with rooflights
-    Double glazed doors & windows
-    Pull wire emergency stop system
-    Integrated diesel engine & hydraulic powerpack
-    Hydraulic operated access non-slip stairs
-    Magnet frame & bay at cabin exit

The 2008 model above includes the magnet frame bay at the discharge end of the picking conveyor. This added feature enables ferrrous separation to be automated on the mobile systems.
