COINS 3 Peaks Challenge 2008

The Raymond Brown Group are delighted to have 10 ‘volunteers' from across the Group taking part in this gruelling event which involves climbing the 3 highest peaks in Britain - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon - all within 24 hours!

In addition they have a support team of 4 drivers who will be burning the midnight oil as they transfer the walkers from peak to peak, giving them a chance to sleep en-route as well as keeping them fed and watered throughout the event.

The event takes place over the weekend of 17 & 18 May 2008 and training is well underway.

The target is to raise a minimum of £12,000 to support the COINS Foundation and they would be delighted if you or the organisation you work for would help them meet this target.

About the Charity: The COINS Foundation funds projects offering relief to vulnerable and disadvantaged people. They make grants to organisations that can demonstrate the investment tangibly improves the lives of many, in a sustainable way. In particular, projects focusing on construction, education and technically innovative projects for learning and enablement.
