New Recycling Machines launched at SED from Europe Recycling

Europe Recycling Equipment BV is a Dutch based company that imports Recycling & Forestry Equipment for the European market. With a new UK based sales office the company is able to offer a complete line of machines in order to shred, chip, cut, screen, crush, mix and sort wood, green waste and other recyclable material. Europe Recycling Equipment is making its SED debut this year in the Site Clearance Zone.

At SED 2008 Europe Recycling will be introducing the Precision Husky and Woodsman machines. Building the best, most rugged equipment for the forest products industry has been the Precision Husky goal for over four decades. With over 70 different pieces of equipment engineered for wood waste recycling, sawmills and logging, Precision Husky is recognized as a leader in the industry. Besides chippers and grinders Precision Husky offers a complete range of mobile or stationary installations such as chip screens, debarkers and vibrating conveyors.

Nowadays, with rising energy costs, people are searching for durable energy sources. Europe Recycling receive many requests from companies wanting to produce woodchips for bio fuel in addition to traditional product applications such as animal bedding and compost. As the call for the traditional products decreases, the demand for chips rapidly increases.

The company has anticipated on this demand and have developed a solution with their line of ProGrind Horizontal Shredders. These shredders are now supplied with a rotor on which both hammers and knives can be assembled. This design makes it possible to produce a shredded or chipped product with only one machine. Changing the hammers to knives doesn't take long and is very easy, which means that you are free to choose at any time which product to manufacture.
