Cornwall UK--(Business Wire)-GAR-Tech Co Ltd today announced that its patented ReCyclone technology can dramatically increase the lifespan of landfills, making them last up to seven times longer. The ReCyclone Eliminator is a vertical gyroscopic grinder/mill that can process everything from regular household garbage to agricultural waste to big chunks of concrete, turning nearly everything into materials that can be reused. The ReCyclone is half the price of other machines with virtually no downtime and requires considerably less maintenance.

The ReCyclone has the ability to reduce costs to landfill by a guaranteed 25% and up to 80% subject to the type of waste being processed. For example a 20cubic foot of mixed waste such as MSW can be reduced to just 4 cubic feet in just three minutes whilst eliminating odour, and moisture making the processed waste ready for composting or other processes. The processed waste has an odour of fresh soil.

With the ReCyclone, a landfill can be used for up to seven times longer. The ReCyclone reduces the volume of waste by moisture ridden waste and turning it into small, dry, fluffy matter which can be burned for energy or disposed of without needing daily soil cover. By reducing the moisture in landfills, the ReCyclone also reduces groundwater leaching and contamination, and eliminates most of the landfill bacteria and odours which attract disease-ridden animal vectors. Greenhouse gases from landfills are greatly reduced as well.

The ReCyclone dramatically cuts costs by being half the price of other machines, one-tenth the maintenance cost, and having virtually no downtime. The ReCyclone is probably the safest processor on the market today and doesn't blow up like other machines do when it encounters a foreign object. The ReCyclone can be configured for an endless number of combinations, and output size can be adjusted from a fine powder to eight-inch pellets, or custom-designed for whatever size best suits the project. ReCyclone technology is designed to turn waste into fuel, fertilizer, compost, and recyclable materials, and the waste that can't be recycled is processed into dry fluff that takes up far less landfill space.
