Raymond Brown Waste Solutions are currently seeking to appoint a talented Commercial Manager to support our growth plan. We are looking for an ambitious individual to explore and develop a wide range of commercial opportunities and drive exceptional customer experiences to maximise value to both customer and RBWS.

Working with our Sales team and reporting to the Sales Director, you will need to demonstrate commercial awareness along with knowledge of the waste management sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the full sales team including Business Development Managers and transport co-ordinators.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a customer focused and proactive team.
  • Influencing, implementing and delivering the sales strategy.
  • To identify and lead on the account manage key direct and broker relationships to grow opportunities and new business.
  • Ensure that sales volume and ASP targets are exceeded with pipelines maintained and developed.
  • Create important business connections through strong networking skills.
  • Attend relevant events to promote the brand and gain valuable business insight.
